How IPM uses these details
Infinite Pulse Media uses call enquiries to respond about creator campaigns, and creator applications to assess campaign fit and contact creators about relevant opportunities.
What we collect
Call enquiries contain your name, email and company. Creator applications contain your name, email, country and time zone, public profile or portfolio, content interests, optional work links and optional introduction.
Storage and notifications
The website is hosted on Vercel and submissions are stored in a private Neon Postgres database. Email notifications are sent to IPM through Resend when connected. After you submit a call enquiry, the TidyCal calendar loads with your name and email prefilled so you can choose a time. TidyCal processes the booking under its own privacy information. No booking is made by submitting an enquiry alone.
Submission records are removed from the website database after 180 days. Email copies and backups may remain separately; contact us if you would like your details removed from those records.
UGC assistant
The on-site UGC assistant is powered by Noodle Seed. It processes the messages you send to answer questions and provide campaign guidance. If you ask IPM to follow up, the assistant can collect the contact and company details you choose to submit. You can use the advice without submitting an enquiry. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat.
Your choice
Do not include sensitive personal information in the form. You can request a correction or removal, or ask a question, by emailing daniyal@infinitepulsemedia.com. Applying does not sign you up to a newsletter.
Website services
The site uses a temporary security cookie to protect submissions. It expires after one day. The IPM pages do not add advertising or analytics cookies. The UGC assistant connects to Noodle Seed to load its configuration and process conversations. When you choose to load the booking calendar, TidyCal and its providers may use their own cookies and services. Fonts and media are served by IPM wherever available.
